Agreed they aren't playing too well right now but it's halftime now. Lol at least he turned around Washington freaking state....he didn't need as many bricks either. When he took over they were almost winless if I remember correctly

It's business. Be professional to Butch, but talk about your dream job. Think of a coworker you arent necessarily best friends but u could go grab a drink with...now imagine he has your dream job, and his boss comes calling...who wouldn't answer?

Essentially consensus is Peyton called Dormady and convinced him to say. Everything else is rumored.
