With the money he would be making, there would be no doubt on either side what the expectations are. Gruden is going to surround himself with guys that can get it done, which is why the assistant money was an issue last time....soon.

You people realize that Gruden just occasionally states something inconclusive about being interested in the Tennessee job just to give you something to obsess over.

It gives him something to laugh about during his breaks from watching game film
