So now that Gruden is a done deal, lets talk staff.

Who would be the top OC/DC?

Only Asst's i could say for sure is

Oline-Fulmer
QB-Peyton
Rb-keep RG
S&C- keep Rock

I cant decide on D at all?

Man this is so accurate! Lol two days ago Kelly was number one by a land slide... no I'm like who the f is that guy? Gruden is the only name I see

If (always the big if) Shoop was/is being hampered by Lyle, I'd like to see what he might be capable of if he opened it up. The UF game last year proved he was capable of shutting down offenses with the proper adjustments.

As someone else stated, it's not like he came from Vandy and Penn State and suddenly forgot how to prepared a defense. I'm wondering if there is some sort of internal issues going on...

Gruden knows his likeness would be cast into a golden monument. Then we would journey to his likeness during rainstorms to drink the rain as it trickles off his Grudom

I remember the serious group delusion from 5 years ago. I think that’s the most fun thing to happen to UT football in 20 years.

Here's a thought experiment for y'all. Last time, the holdup was that Hart balked on giving Gruden the budget for the staff he wanted. So, legit question, if you're Gruden are you looking at the collegiate level or to the NFL to hire your staff? I have the feeling his comfort level would be with the NFL, but curious what you guys think.

I'm in for Gruden. Even if it isn't very realistic, it would be a terrible mistake not to try. If we hire JG...wait JG at coach and JG at qb...

I'd think he probably knows people on both sides and if he's interested, probably already has a mental list of names he'd call.

I would be all good with Gruden, but still would take chip Kelly over him.

Based on our previous hires however we are more likely to get Alfred e Neumann

Why is Hyams trying to ruin our fun? He said Gruden isn't coming here- he isn't going to coach in college😪😪 but he did say we would pay up to 6million for a coach so that's promising at least.
