Nope. Didn't expect to on a bye weekend. They're doing their thing at this point. All the heavy lifting was done last weekend. Now you just sit back and let it happen.

ok Grudenites, now that it's confirmed he is on his way shall we speculate on his staff. Does he keep anyone currently on staff?

My prediction is this: he gets rid of the entire offensive staff except RG. He will be the OC himself unless he can entice Jim Bob to come home.

Hopefully he can bring in some real position coaches with NFL experience on the offensive side. Kippy Brown is now retired from the Seahawks and the NFL. Would love for him to have a 4th stint at UTK. Does he bring in Chris Weinke as QB coach?

I think he keeps the defensive staff intact.

Yes sir. It's like a crowd waiting on a big announcement or speech, everyone getting to know each other and having fun. After the way Volnation has been the last few months it's a welcome change.

Everyone here is full of hope and wants something better for the team we love. It's an awesome thing really.

A lot of these questions are a little premature..... especially the questions concerning his staff........these questions were asked and dealt with in the previous search, but you need to keep in mind the length of time that it took us to get that point and the fact that negations were actually being held concerning staff members and was part of the reason for the previous break down and us hiring Butch.
