I think there is legit interest, and I believe the impediments to him accepting have been eliminated. Whether he says yes is anyone's guess.

Memphis is a great city

I lived there for 4 years while going to school. Couldn't wait to leave that place and get back to East Tennessee. There's a reason why they say the best view of Memphis is in your rear view mirror as your driving away

It's incredible. I guess it's what happens when each suburb gets its own school system. Lots of money to throw around.

My kids are in private and it's a great place. But no tuition would be great. I just can't leave the city for the burbs. We have the STEAM academy which is a great school. And East is turning into a STEAM as well. It's partnering with FedEx, it will actually be. T-STEAM.

The actual city is a dump. Collierville, Germantown and Cordova are nice. That was just my experience though. Everyone has a different opinion

Central Gardens, Cooper Young, Evergreen,Crosstown, Downtown, Pinch,etc. Yea I'll think my opinion is better.

It went straight Hickory Hill pretty quick. I know this bc I grew up there when it was still considered pretty remote and pre-Wolfchase.
