If it is something that good it is very unlikely to come from me. My friend used to be more connected than he is now... He just now got word today. But his word is first hand when he gets it. And then I get it. Just doesn't come often like it used to.

Here's why I like what you're saying. There's all kinds of sources. Some in AD. Some at different levels of the University. Some at different levels of the boosters. Multiple confirmations from different places is very encouraging.

Surprised this hasn't been posted in this thread but here's a nugget from TOS that was posted in the recruiting forum. This poster is a 10 year member but a first time post. So who knows..



"Long time member, but first time poster. Take it for what it is worth, yet I have been told that Currie and Coach Jones will meet tomorrow which is not out of the ordinary other than Butch has admitted to his family he is not sure he will be the head coach come Monday. Emotions are running high in Jones house right now as one can imagine and for the first time it seems that Coach Jones has accepted that his fate as been determined based on conversations with his immediate family.

Again as Jesse stated earlier in a thread I find it hard to believe you put an interim coach in charge of this team that is about to head to Alabama, but Currie may be forced to make a decision sooner than he would like."
