Remember! Gruden took over the Tampa team after Tony Dungy and fundamentals was Dungy not Gruden. They won the super bowl but the next year and there after Gruden fundamentals came in play and Gruden Got fired. He is too mouthy to get respect as a coach. CBJ is too mouthy.

Well the team that Gruden had previously been lighting it up with went to the Superbowl as well. That seems to be forgotten history.
