It's not Butch Jones for crying out loud. Stop panicking, this has been a scheduled meeting all along, it wa changed from 2 yesterday until this AM.

I don't post much. I got up this morning and turned on ESPN, and started to drink my coffee. Then across the bottom of the screen I see Butch Jones and Tennessee. I spit my coffee across the room. I was so angry, who can I call, what can I do "BUTCH JONES".Then I realized after drinking my coffee that he had not been hired. This is just ones fans reaction multiply that by 100000 + fans MR Hart. Butch Jones are you freeking kidding me. Guys please talk me of this ledge. Make lies up if you have to.

Everyone needs to calm down and go back to what Boomer_Vol told us. He/she said that we would be "so close" to having our next coach that it would make you puke or cry or both (because of who it is I guess). I thought, as did everyone else, that Charlie Strong was the one he was speaking about. Maybe it wasn't. I would have been fine with Strong, if it wasn't going to be Gruden. I surely didn't want to puke if we made that hire. However, I want to spill my guts thinking about hiring Butch Jones. If we hired him, I would probably not follow UT football until the season starts. I am hoping that Jones is the one that Boomer was referring to. Maybe today is the day that this thing finally happens, after all, it seems that Freak spent the whole night trying to get the server ready for the day (I woke up at 3AM and checked...still couldn't get on). Freak knows!! Here's to hopefully being the day that Volnation begins to rise up!!

Does anyone think that a possible coach search wasn't brought up in hart's interview. There is no way that the same people who fired hammy turned around and hired his twin. Either this is a beautiful master plan or tennesse is run by a bunch of morons

you know who we want as our next football coach at tennessee, you need not to waiver in your pursuit to get the guy we need. you are going to have alot of upset volmaniacs at harts door. a survey was done in the news sentinal and 72 percent out of 50000 votes said they do not have confidence in dave hart. another survey was done on govols and asked who should be our next coach 55 percent said u know who. u know whats needs to be done, if not the university will suffer the consquences for decades to come.

I can't believe what's seems to be unfolding. Yesterday we were the laughing stock of all college football for who turned us down. Today we are the laughing stock of who it appears we're gonna hire .
