It does not make sense to me that Fulmer would be Hart's guy that he's had from the start. I don't hate Phil by any means, and am thankful for what he stands for and what he's done for this university, but I don't see the connection. $18 mil redirection of funds, big booster $$$ support, it doesn't add up.
