Fulmer has only spoken with Tucker once, a cursory interview of sorts. Speaking again today, the same day Gruden makes his decision. It is just interesting. Just speculating and having fun...and hoping Tucker isn't really being considered for HC.

I get it man. I’ve been here since the beginning but it’s past speculating for me. My brain physically can’t handle anymore, I’m tired. Ha. It’s time for some results!

I spoke with my source this morning. Jon Gruden was told this morning that Les Miles will be the next coach of UT.
My source then he left me with a cryptic message right after: "But Jon and I are still talking to them". That was @ 11 AM est.
Gruden and Fulmer have a good relationship and if UT did decide to go with Miles, Fulmer is the type of guy to call Jon and tell him himself and shoot the ****. It doesn't sound like anything is 100% final but they are very close to announcing Miles.
I believe you are looking at 90% chance of Miles being your next head coach, 10% Gruden.
If anything happens on the Gruden side I will know and update this comment. I will also update if I hear that the decision to hire another coach actually final."

She used to post here. Became somewhat famous on this board for calling into finebaum and ripping him a new one when he’d blast tennessee.

I’ve been all in on Gruden. But...

It’s Phillip Fulmer doing the search. He’s as conservative as a baby blue button down shirt and dockers khakis. I’m just struggling to convince myself that he can pull this off. I know he can recruit which is what is keeping me in this. Hope Phil the recruiter is leading the charge not Phil of 07.

Ok, work needs to chill for a minute, while I catch up! I need some help tho with a few questions.

First: Someone posted an article of Les Miles and it said, “Les Miles will not ben the coach at Tennessee”. Where did this article go? I can’t find it. And what did it say?

Second: My phone rang right when Ainge was talking about Les Miles. What was said? Any nugs?
