"Fulmer meets with Tucker in Atlanta. UT group with Fulmer meets with JG in Cincy. Both of those happen over the weekend.

Now, a 2nd interview for Tucker, and a mystery "other candidate" in NYC as well. I'm hearing Steele may be out of it. Well, if Steele is not coming to UT as DC, and we really threw everything JG wanted and more at him and are awaiting his word today which multiple folks have led me to believe...and if everything from insiders/boosters has gone quiet in the past 24+ hours...not without reason that Gruden is in NYC to meet with Tucker as well...about joining his staff. Gruden is not taking this job without an elite staff paid at an elite level given the rebuild needed. Tucker is a good DC and a very elite recruiter.

Or, he's got a 2nd look as a HC option. And its that simple. But tough to rule anything out at this point."

How about because we are all ready for this to be over after weeks of waiting, the schianamo, and tired of analyzing gifs we all agree not to post anything until someone hears some actual news. That way we can be f5n the crap out of this thread waiting.😁 sounds like a good plan to me

What if Fulmer has already talked with Jon this past weekend, as many have said was possible and Jon mentioned these 2 as his top 2 DC's. I think Steele is out. Fulmer has only spoken with Tucker once, a cursory interview of sorts. Speaking again today, the same day Gruden makes his decision. It is just interesting. Just speculating and having fun...and hoping Tucker isn't really being considered for HC.

I like the idea of screwing UGA and stealing their DC as ours right before the playoffs.

Steele and Tee talked with Gruden weeks ago. We pretty much know that at this point. Yes? Both seemed to be on board. Since then, Malzahn is staying put and thus maybe Steele wants to stay put. Thus, Fulmer talks to Steele once this weekend to ensure he is out. He also talks to Tucker. Steele affirms he is out, so Fulmer takes Tucker's temperature. Tucker is supposedly meeting with Fulmer today in NYC. Anyone know where Gruden is? Will Jon be in on this meeting with Tucker? Conference call possibly, if he isn't there?

It just doesnt add up that Fulmer would risk this hire on a Steele or Tucker.

I can’t see it either. Steele? Tucker? How in the crap can he think those are HR hires??

What is more likely? Fulmer is running point on coordinators for Gruden so JG can't be caught flying to some random location to speak with someone about being on staff?

or

Fulmer is interviewing HC candidates?

Legitimate question, not saying one way or the other.

In troubling times, I tend to try to figure out solutions, ways to come back at a problem from a new direction, if you will. My friends and family give me a hard time but more often than not, digging into the whys and the what-fors lead to better understandings and, eventually, a solution.

I found people here who do this, too.

I tend to believe the best in people - many on here do, too.

I found people who share my sense of humor.

I found people who stubbornly persist until they figure out how to post gifs, etc.

I found people who sincerely care about each other - even though we’re from all walks of life and all different spokes of the political spectrum.

I found people who chose hope over despair and will take instant action when the need arises.

I found people who can party together virtually!

In my real life, I would never publically acknowledge sadness or hurt - I tend to be the person others lean on during troubling times. I leaned on all of you, though.

I will always treasure you all.
