One more prop I need to give deerhunter, that I couldn't earlier.

You broke out with the theme song from Jem. That was freaking amazing. :)

might as well have some fun around here while we wait on pins and needles. i thought it'd be done by now too. it's late. i must sleep.

I leave you with a riddle: what's the difference between Schiano and acne?

*Straight man*: I don't know, deerhunter, what IS the difference between Schiano and acne? :)

Something I can say tonight that I couldn't before:

If we don't get Gruden, I will not worry for the state of our program. That's how much I trust Phil to get us where we need to be.

I feel the same way. I've met Phil at an Allan Jones tailgate before. He bleeds orange and that's what we need. I believe he will do whatever it takes to get us the best candidate available.

Wrong, Turd Ferguson. better luck next time. Not only was the answer in incorrect format, it's pure drivel. What's with you Kiffin apologists and this "home" B.S.? honestly? His home is Minnesota! or california. he was here fora year and broke it off in our ass so hard we're still not ****tin right a decade later. maybe we really ARE just a bunch of dumb cracker hillbillies who just love punishment. hell maybe i was wrong about us. Jeez. certainly no shortage of dumb around here that's for sure. Blows my mind why anybody would ever consider inviting that turd back for one second

You can disagree with us "crackers" without being a total prick.

The presser was unbelievable. He had all of VolNation ready to run through a brick wall by the end.

Jem was truly outrageous, your reference was amazing.

Your riddle was...well, you should probably just go to bed now. :)
you are correct in that assumption. sleep tight in the panhandle. watch out for the jean shorts.

tomorrow, tomorrow, It's Gruden , tomorrow, blonde bowl cut, a day away. (I hope it's that soon)

Revere, out

You googled schiano and encountered a proactive pop up?

Watched it this evening when I woke up. Had me more excited than I've been in a long time. I would've walked into a cage with McGregor after it ended haha.

Two things!
Glad Fulmer is back!
He better not F@&k up!

Actually three! I made the mistake of leaving this thread and now I want to punch someone in the face...

As was stated today, well yesterday now, wtf ever. 97000 at a rain soaked home game for a 4-7 team, but they cant get that for the pac 12 champ game.

My son and I were in that crowd. Most stayed thru the rain. The roar of Vol fans drowning out the downpour was surreal.

What a difference a day makes!

I think I'll watch that presser one more time, better than a cup of coffee or two.

Now, go get Chucky and bring him to the Hill! GBO!

My first game was the ‘90 game against Notre Dame. YouTube it! It wasn’t about the out come, it was about the experience, but it helped to know the Vols were a powerhouse going against a powerhouse! Neyland literally felt like an earthquake. Wasn’t the result I wanted but the memories i’ll never forget! Thank you D.J. for taking me! #GBO

I doubt it if they are going after a guy with SEC experience. Considering when Gruden was here before, there was no SEC

The SEC being 85 years old, and Jon Gruden being only 54, I'm gonna counter with the suggestion that there definitely was an SEC when Gruden was here as a Graduate Assistant in the '80s. :)

Tennessee is a founding member of the SEC, a "plankowner" in Navy terms. Been a member since the very first day.

Perhaps you're thinking of the SEC championship game, which didn't start until '92 when the league was divided into East and West divisions?
