I saw Prince in Knoxville at TBA in 2004. Hands down the best show I’ve ever seen. AMAZING GUITARIST. Fantastic show!

Prince doesn’t get enough credit for his guitar work. Russ Paul used to do my studio work and he was princes “instructor”/ studio guitarist

Oh, dead deer are every where. They are over populated. It’s crazy!

BTW, I’m a chick, but it’s OK. Lol.
I’ll take a look. I’m always on the hunt for fresh new music. Thanks!

Love the 930 Club for shows . Haven’t made it to Merriwweather Post yet. So many great venues nearby....the Woodshedders. Writing it down!

9:30 Club is my favorite venue ever.

I got your back. I heard he wears small shoes.

Yeah but he posted a picture a while back

I’m assuming it was him, he was wearing a satchel bag

Now while that was funny to me, there is NO telling what he has in his........man purse :)

Always underestimated Prince's abilities until after his death. Some of the tribute videos were impressive.

Side note... My wife, son, and I went to GA Tech tonight to go the the bb game with my daughters. Tech lost at the end by one when they mishandled a defensive rebound that ended up going into the basket. After the game we went to the Varsity and it was overflowing with Auburn and GA fans in town for the SECCG tomorrow. I was in line next to an Auburn guy and we acknowledged our shared hatred of GA. When I told him I was really a TN fan, the conversation immediately turned to this past week. His take was that the program was in really bad shaped. I just smiled and said "We'll be alright."

Darling nikki my fav

Haha, I call everyone "man" by default I think. 930 Club is a great venue. DC101 used to rock hard too.

So, December 9, Barns of Rose Hill in Berryville. Go see the Woodshedders! Dwayne is a fantastic guitarist. The style was evolved a lot over the years, early stuff is straight up Gypsy Jazz / Swing music. Now it is more rootsy / Americana stuff.

Unfortunately, December 9 doesn’t work for my schedule, but I will certainly take a listen and reply!
Thanks for the heads up! I’ll follow up after I get a chance to listen. Thanks to you, my Hungry Homer!

I loved 930 club when I lived in Arlington (2012-July 2017). Only went a few times but every one I went to was awesome. Went to several concerts at Merriwather Post as well - can't beat that in the summer time.

Joe Satriani plays as effortlessly as anyone I’ve ever seen, but David Gilmour makes me feel his music, almost like I’m just on the verge of understanding something really deep he’s saying.

It matches his voice as well. He sounds like what I would think Jung's Collective Unconscious would sound like if it could speak.
