Awesome story, condolences on your loss. I’ve got a brother in law that loves Lone Star. Had multiple myeloma years back and as a result doesn’t get around as much. Was driving back from Texas and stopped to get him some in Texarkana. Felt like all that I was missing was a black Trans Am, but it felt great to be able to bring back his favorite brew.

Why? Why do i feel so relieved? I care so much about this program that i have honestly carried a heavy heavy burden on my shoulders since i watched us in the heat of the Sun, get pounded by Georgia 41-0. It would also not be an easy lock. An element of a defamation claim is falsity. That means he would be put on the stand and have to proof that he never witnessed Sandusky molesting a child. I highly doubt he would be willing to do that. It'll probably be settled and we will never know about it, if anything.
