He'd have to prove that the statements were false and that the people who made them knew they were making false statements. Anyone who said anything was basing it on the deposition testimony that was unsealed last year. Plus, I think he has to prove actual damages. If he has any claim, it will be based in contract. It's going to depend on the MOU language.
I think you have been overseas due to previous conversations we have had. Here is a charity that we are involved in that you might be interested in.

So you doing OK tonight? I am getting liquored up due to a bad week and the good news tonight. I hope you are doing well.
If you like pipe tobacco you would love a premium cigar.
Cigarettes are like the guy who blows his load in the first three seconds and just wants to get done.
There is an art and an amount of relaxing enjoyment to cigar smoking. Give it a try.
Hell yes! I have a Lone Star beer in my fridge I've been hording for a great moment. I brought it back from a buddy's funeral in TX. I though it would be the Bama game because I'm a fool and thought we may win it but naw. Backstory he loved his high dollar scotch and whisky but when it came down to it he said nothing like a cold Lone Star.... man i miss that guy. I have been holding that damn beer and I think its getting close to popping the top. I'll open it for the Grude. SOON....
