tried to allude to this a page back...Messy stuff, Dude would not wish BigLaw to dig in ..For defamation suits allow for exculpatory colonoscopy..Would not be able to handle King & Spalding gunning after him..U...GG LY

Who exactly is Schiano going to sue? No one affiliated with the UT administration made any comments that would be considered defamatory.

Really don't see how he has a case here

I worked from home today and when the news broke about Phil I humped the air and ran around the house like a ****ing idiot. Today was a GREAT day. However it was no cracking that Lone Star beer day... I'll know that day when it comes.

Awesome story, condolences on your loss. I’ve got a brother in law that loves Lone Star. Had multiple myeloma years back and as a result doesn’t get around as much. Was driving back from Texas and stopped to get him some in Texarkana. Felt like all that I was missing was a black Trans Am, but it felt great to be able to bring back his favorite brew.

This is why Currie's statement was written by lawyers in the GC office. The a$$ kissing was inoculating against claims
