If the rumor about Tee Martin being on Gruden's staff are true and that he has been contacted already for the position, then why would he take the HC job if it is offered? Several people have pointed out that he has not been offered, but if he is and does not accept, it may be a clue to what we have previously heard from multiple sources.

If he's already agreed to be OC for gruden they're not going to ask him. In this situation, he can't say yes and be the one we turn down, the fans will be betrayed and then will feel lied to when he gets OC, and he can't say no because the fans will feel betrayed and feel lied to when he comes in as oc. So they literally have to ignore it till Grudens announced or it's going to further derail the situation.

If true, they would announce it. It would turn the heat WAY down, from the fans. I'm wondering if they aren't quickly interviewing Fulmer/Blackburn for AD and making a fire/hire tomorrow or Sat. Who knows, but something big is going on because it is too quiet.
