This may have been addressed, but if Jimmy is indicted for the fraud stuff, will the university be forced to disassociate themselves from the Haslam family?

I have thought and asked this as well. It would seem like they wouldn't want to be associated in any way to what could very well be donations made with "dirty money". I think it might even be considered money laundering.

I was doing fine until Blackjack9999 and JAV gave us a rundown of what they know on 247 last night. Basically said there was on MOU signed by Gruden. Anderson and other boosters were about to make a formal offer to Gruden Sunday when the Schiano ****e hit the fan. BJ said not only has the Gruden ship sailed, it was sunk--no chance.
What is your reply to that?

I certainly don’t claim to know for a fact however it has been stated here and other places that several members of the BOT are very close to the Haslams

I don't know who thos guys are but why would boosters be making the formal offer. That doesn't make a lick of sense

Sure it does. The boosters, thinking they had Haslam and Currie on board, did all the leg work on the deal. It was assumed that it was a slam dunk and all it needed was ink on the page. Then Sunday happened out of nowhere and threw a box of bricks into the dryer.
