So I just heard the counter from NC State was more than Currie offered. Smh... they countered with 3 mil/yr. Currie has gone from 8.4/mil to Gundy to less than 3 mil to Doeren.

If you believe JAV and Blackjack9999, then MIT Beaver has misled VN on a number of things. JAV and BJ said Gruden never signed anything and had indicated he would not accept the job, but was still listening until Sunday. Anderson, not Ergen, was the leader of the group of boosters that were in the process of making a formal offer to Gruden Sunday when the Schiano news broke. (Beaver never said Ergen, I don't think, but he led all to believe it was Ergen or allowed that to be assumed). That means there was no meeting in Dunwoody, GA to "celebrate" getting Gruden to agree to terms the previous Thursday. There was no Castor Ventures involvement. The statement that "these guys don't lose" was not founded in fact. Probably several other statements made that were an exaggeration of facts or misleading. I don't know who knows what, but I would tend to side with JAV and Blackjack vs. MIT Beaver.

Ive never bought 100% from anyone. Still don't. I read everything and decided what makes the most sense, to me.

I think what happened Sunday runs contrary to what you're thinking right now. If they did not care, we would have a head coach right now. People are trying. Maybe they'll get it right this time. It's too early to give up.

If they were trying they would have done whatever they had to to get Gruden! Or Kiffin. or Tee. Or Petersen. Or whoever. But instead they're tone deaf.
