MY husband, me, & oldest daughter are alums - youngest is a junior living in the Fort with 9 sorority sisters - should be some of the best times in her life. She texted me tonight & said "I don’t want to go to this university anymore." I'm LIVID!

Like I said my booster connections in chattanooga were sold on the concept that the money would be there for a gruden hire and all of the sudden Currie went rogue with haslam. Don’t know exactly why but I’m sure it has to do with power.

I would be INCREDIBLY curious to see who your booster connections are in Chattanooga, because I'm connected with some of those very boosters. Like, really connected. As in 'family' connected. The stuff you say is somewhat true, but nobody was "sold" on anything

I'm told by en of week. This will be the most lucrative coaching deal in sports. I wasn't given a number but told it's high. "Insanely high" was the exact phrase from one person. I'm told that's why they originally walked away from the deal. They felt they were too far apart. They're not going to go off half cocked again. It would literally mean their jobs, or heads. I can't ever remember this place being such a grammar police state. I know you're all anxious. Oh well, we shall rise again. :clapping:
