Today when asked about how the coach search is going

I'm interested to know how many folks are done with UT at this point...I have had enough. And I've been a fan since the Condredge Holloway QB days in my #7 jersey. I was at the 1985 Sugar Bowl and the Miracle at South Bend and Mose Phillips screen pass for a touchdown in the deluge of 1992 looking at his watch in the end zone...but this is about to turn me into an apathetic casual fan with this cluster ....

Because last time it was Haslam and some other boosters vs another group of boosters for Gruden.

This time it was alluded to that Haslam had expressed his endorsement for the plan. Plus all the other boosters had lined up in the pro-Gruden deal. It seems that Haslam and Currie went rogue on their own for the Schiano deal. I think the rumor that Haslam was letting Gruden use his plane was part of the comfort they had that it was going to get done this time. Nobody saw Sunday coming.

You all can thank @ChancellorDav for standing up to Haslam and delaying Currie’s bad Hire. We CAN do much better than Brohm but it has to be with Blackburn and a new coach search.

Really could have been the first time Haslam worked with them and agreed to what they wanted, with his own agenda in the his back pocket the whole time.
