I've thought through this scenario as well.... however there seems to be too much collateral damage from what would essentially be smokescreening. Would love for Gruden to be announced and fulfilling the original prophesy of Currie looking like he saved everything at the last minute. :ermm:

He lost any chance of hero after Shiano. Any way the boosters,(without JH), are hopefully putting something together to present to Joe and Bev.

How do ADs get buyouts, anyway? I mean, that's a really weird thing for a businessman or academician (AD straddles those two worlds) to have, right?

I thought buyouts were just for big-school, big-sport coaches.

Or have I just been blind to a whole 'thing'?
