I do not think it can. I would imagine both of the parties involved would have to sign off on that. I do not see the University doing so.

Why at the least would Tee have not been contacted?

The efforts have paid off, they hear the cry to not settle, and we have to continue to fight.

What if Deerhunter is right? Could that truly save the Currie/Haslam faction from persecution?

That is correct.... It was the reading everybody's posts and their information that kept me so confused and one day believing we would get Gruden and 100% done.... then reading something else showing the opposite.... My source went dry from some time...

I finally got word from him that Gruden was about 50% in his opinion that is when I told every body that was what I would believe (I took a lot of flack from the 100% people on that as well).

Now my source says the Gruden ship has sailed ..... I first started to leave the thread.... then decided that I had gone to far to turn back... so I start sending emails and encouraging others to do so....

That is simply it! I always heard it did not matter where you start but how you finish... if that is the not case on this board in the Gruden thread ... I guess I have no more to offer
