So I thought of something tonight while listening to fsn knoxville, instead if tweeting at dave dorean (sp?) we can use #Boren'Dorean, that way it just looks like we're poking fun at a different schools coach, kind of like people call FSU Free Shoe U

Thoughts?

Since you never quite answered Volgirl4u's question, I'll ask it again: Why all the subterfuge? Why is it necessary to waste so much time and resources on all these smokescreen candidates while UT burns? You said it is a DONE DEAL, yet you also said they're "waiting until it's in ink before the big announcement." Wouldn't a done deal imply that it's already in ink?

I'm really trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here, but this whole mess has increased my skepticism.

So they're talking to Gruden again, and the boosters are willing to get the money together and just pony up. I'm told by TWO trusted sources, it's all but a done deal. VOL NATION HAS SPOKEN AND OUR VOICES WERE HEARD!!!!!!!!!!! I'm excited!!! If you ask me, Currie is still a little weasel, but whatever, We'll take it. Sorry I had to log in under a pseudonymdonym, I don't want to be the guy who leaked it, but we fans have been through so much trauma already, I couldn't NOT share this with my VOL brethren! Here's to Gruden in Knoxville!!!!

Grand Vol you know me from around here. Maybe I'll reveal myself after the news comes out. Honestly I'm a little disappointed, I though you had balls. a bet over a public admission of being wrong isn't exactly high stakes. and what's the deal with the florida hotel room deal. I'm not sure I understand the reference. just trying to have a little fun until I get the news. I was going to log off, but honestly I'm without a coach and literally have nothing better to do than wait for the good news to come. after hearing about this, I doubt if I'll sleep at all tonight. How bout this: after the news comes that we're getting Gruden, I would like to be known as the Paul Revere of Gruden!!!! That'll do.
