Are you all afraid of calling out VFLs as bad hires? Because Kevin Steele is not an elite choice, Vol or not. If Fulmer thinks any of these three will return UT to respectability, he is even more delusional than this fanbase.

Mel Tucker and Jeremy Pruitt are certainly not better choices than the DOZEN other options we have had.

It was stated early on that Phil would prefer to have a defensive minded coach. He seems to think that is they key in the SEC. To his defense, 7 out of our 8 sec losses this year were to head coaches with a defensive background. Idk anything anymore after the last month.

Not to mention the entertainment that posting here has brought to us who have been here faithfully.

I for one will never forget the good friends I have made in here and the many laughs along the way.

What ever happens.... it has been well worth the ride and certainly was more entertaining that watching UT football this season

I went through this in 2012 ans was faityhful till the end. This time he thread made me a little bipolar but I am back.I believe it is happening!

We can hope but we all need to prepare for what is expected and get behind Fulmer and our new coach. Hopefully whoever it is will have Tee and other top staff as well

Depends on the coach. After Dooley and Butch they've used up all of their "get behind the coach" from me.

If Schiano is such a good coach why isn’t he being mention on any coaching search but Tennessee oh I see the talking heads defending him but you don’t see anybody with money throwing it towards him do you ? Now let’s ask why ?

Well it looks like nobody knows who the next coach is going to be. I think that it is going to be Gruden. What is wrong with all the people that has posted and followed this thread? Someone posts something and automatically everyone starts second guessing themselves. I had a belief it was Gruden and nothing has changed my mind. He had a chance to shut it down and he did not. I challenge all the fine folks on here to pick a coach to be the next the next leader at UT. My mind is made up....Gruden till it aint!

This is exactly it.

The fans have been there supporting and 'getting behind' trash. Don't blame us when we get sick of getting poled.
