Beaver’s tweet is exactly what we’ve been saying....it’s either the whale or a gigantic belly flop. Calm down.

Some of you seriously need to realize what the last 10 years have done to this program. You guys act like PF didn’t try to get anybody but Tucker, Steele, etc. You can’t blame him for Gruden, or not getting a coach that you guys deem worthy. I’m sure it’s not from a lack of trying.

Ordering a new phone now. Cause if Mel Tucker takes the stage, I'm breaking this m%$#!ng f^%$3r into many small pieces.

Not sayin we should have another revolt, but we need to let Fulmer know he let us down.

He wanted this job and the pressure with it, so time to let him know he failed.

It’s great, to be, a Tennessee Vol!!! I said, it’s great, to be, a Tennessee Vol!!!

Yes! We sure did it, didn’t we!?!? This is one of the greatest moments in the University of Tennessee’s History!

We WON the war!!!

We all deserve a big pat on the back because if it wasn’t for our commitment to this great University, I don’t think this would have ever happened! This was the fans doing! This was VolNations accomplishment and everyone deserves to be accredited; Coming from me personally, I would just like to say thank you to everyone on VolNation for rallying the troops and fighting for what we believe in!

With that said, I have enjoyed my time here and have enjoyed the discussions we’ve had. I hope I was able to shed some light on some things and I hope I was able to help aid in the cause. From this moment forward, I will not be commenting on the coaching search and I will be giving this account back to its owner. I have the utmost respect for Phillip Fulmer and hope everyone will get behind him and believe in him to do the best job possible. Phillip Fulmer is the greatest man I have ever known and he loves the University more than anyone, and I know, with all my heart, there’s truly no one better for the job.

Thank you all for letting me be a part of this!

“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.”
-Vince Lombardi

All of this has been for Tucker? TUCKER.?!!?

I simply don’t get it.

I think someone made a good point in a different Gruden thread, Tucker is someone Fulmer can control, and he'll dictate who he hires, I wouldn't be surprised to see John Chavis end up as our DC or any othe coach that was under Fulmer end up back here

Let me get this straight:

1. Tee Martin is going to leave USC, which just won the Pac-10 — A LATERAL MOVE — to Tennessee. To coach under a less in-demand coordinator AT HIS OWN SCHOOL. A man who he would conceivably be stuck behind, unable to become HC if Tucker is successful.

2. Mel Tucker, a man who has not been mentioned in ANY OTHER job discussions, will take the reigns as our HC.

3. We will finally hire a black head coach, but it won’t be TEE MARTIN.

4. We are going to bring in a defensive coordinator without a track record as a successful head coach — to be our head coach, WHEN OUR PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN ON THE OFFENSIVE SIDE OF THE BALL.

Sure, that all checks out!
