He's stagnant at OSU. Caps out at 9-10 wins per year and can't beat OU except when he gets lucky.

It's encouraging to see that people are finally realizing how bad the Haslams have been for Knoxville and our state. It's unfortunate that it involves their involvemement in UT sports to get people's attention, because the damage is far more widespread. But that's understandable, because they've had local media in their pocket keeping people in the dark.

He was an OSU QB, he literally is at home, why would he leave?

Because OSU can't compete with UT for salary raises.
