Beav - I'm not intending this as criticism, but serious question. How do 2 people like you and ATL, who are successful businessmen, get blindsided by something like this? Particularly when you know from past experiences, how manipulative the Haslams have been. How was every door, window, crack, tunnel, etc., etc. not covered? I realize this isn't your full-time job, but this does not add up. If you know what you are dealing with, every base is covered so there are no surprises.

"Everyone" underestimated Haslem's dominant influence, which meant "Everyone" was destined to lose before they started. Oddly, if public pressure can be applied now to drag the Haslem name and UT leadership across the flaming landfill that currently exists, then this might work out acceptably.
