Thanks for all the “insiders” for giving us all false hope. I told myself after 2012 never again and I finally caved two weeks ago and started to believe. I hope the “insiders” feel good about this total crap show we are in now. Feeding the “Grumors” is part of the problem and not the solution for UT.

Also I hate message board etiquette and will never be back. Terms like “first” or posting nothing but “Gruden to the Hill” force people to scroll through pages of mindless crap to try and find the complete BS “inside info” that we are looking for. I don’t care what golf courses you like, I don’t care about what booze you are drinking. I want to know something relevant.

To all the real Vol fans just hoping for a savior I am with you. To all the insiders filling some void in their lives and needing this to feel relevant I hope you got what you wanted.

The boosters were lied to about who Currie was going after. It’s very likely the majority of our insiders were being told things by Boosters who genuinely believed we were going after Gruden or someone of Gruden’s caliber. At what point do the emails no longer matter? Seems like they would just ignore them after a while with all of them saying the same thing. Then clear them out when this is all over. Do they keep tabs on the number of emails? Honest question.

Probably, but just for the same of knowing how many they get, if any are virus positive, etc. They will not bother with the actual information in the emails.

However, if there's a die hard Vol working in IT at UT, he could get some data on the sheer number of emails coming in to certain email addresses. Just you know, for reference.

I can't believe this is true. The BOOSTERS help grease all the wheels, and I can't wrap my head around him lying to the majority while cuddling up with Haslam.

There has to be another part of the puzzle missing.

That may be true, but it doesn't excuse them from coming in here and claiming that they know when in they really weren't 100% sure.

Cut- likely not leaving Duke. Too comfy.
Kiffin- Just don’t see I*t* happening.
Tee- UT legend, no HC experience.
Brohm- decent coach maybe
Miles- good coach

Problem is, there are a lot of openings right now, add FSU to the list if Jimbo takes A&M, with the sxxx show in Knoxville right now, it’s gonna be tough.

Beaver hopefully you'll see this and give your insight but if Currie and Haslam are removed or at least Currie and is replaced with Blackburn or fulmer do you see the gruden deal still being a possibility or is it off the table

Send them till they need to hire part time help. This can work! Other people are working behind the scene.

There is. Haslam's contribution to Currie's prized Neyland renovation would have been withheld if it wasn't a Haslam hire.

Currie is a "yes man." Plain and simple.

Don't care if you like me, Sara. I am disgusted by my alma mater. I have tweeted my fingers to the bone and sent emails but for CURRIE TO STILL BE MAKING THIS HIRE is letting me know that everyone is tone deaf.

Maybe could organize a boycott or picket of Pilot/Flying J headquarters if you could get enough people, signs and a little media coverage.
