The trust factor from fan to AD is GONE. COMPLETELY GONE!! Trust will take a long time to earn back. A start is to clean house and keep Haslam the hell away from UT Football. Until that happens, I don't trust them and will never trust them. With my time or money.

okay, last time i'll bother y'all with this.
we need to do something besides chat amongst ourselves.

once we've made calls and emails and such, then commence the chit chat. but please, volnation, please, take a few minutes and at least try to voice your displeasure to someone besides ourselves.

please.

Please don’t stop Preach. Everyone NEEDS to keep hearing this!

I’ve been out for several hours with a sick child. Have we heard anything from Atlanta Vol?

It's as simple as this for me now:

Until Currie is gone, my family will not spend another cent on anything UT.

Even if you trot out ole Tee.

I'm going to be honest, as much as I can't stand Stephen A, he makes some valid points.

Not that I want Schiano coaching UT, but I would hope OSU vetted him before hiring him. I would hope UT did the same.

In today's world it's easy to create outrage with just a tiny spark.

Honest question...were the Grumors just a ploy to whip the fans into a frenzy to assist in the power war?

Be advised that they're only going to read a select few.
They have assistants to sort through them all

OSU hired him before the documents were unsealed.

Somebody needs to send some more jerky on top of that MFers head.

Gruden has been set aside for now. We have much bigger fish to fry. Currie must go, Davenport must go, and the Haslams need to GTFO out of the football program. Until that is fixed, we are just wasting our time.

I agree with this. If there were to be any hope of getting Gruden, it would only exist after cleaning house in this manner.

No. Currie/Haslam do not get to deep 6 the Gruden deal and then cover it up by hiring Tee, who is woefully underprepared to take such a position, to show they are still TN guys.

HELL NO!! Currie must go, Haslam must go. Stop the coaching search and remove the cancer.

I was against Tee when I thought it was still Gruden, but after this **** storm, he looks to be the best option. Even with his lack of HC experience, I really think he could pull a stellar VFL staff to UT. JMO.

We are headed into a dark time...but we must rid ourselves of the folks who continue to bring this program down and bow to “old money” in order to truly have a chance at the future. I am headed to ktown today...if something isn’t done then many of us have no other choice than to pull funding and resources until a change is made. I urge all of you no matter how big or small a donor to let the folks at UTAD department know we expect a healthy process and fair shake....if not support other good causes and get tickets on stub hub the day of the game if you want but do not donate until resolution has come.[/

When you think about the Haslams interfering in the athletic department, Alabama and Auburn had similar problems. When they took back their departments from over zealous boosters, their programs success positively changed.

You can hate Alabama and Auburn all you want but look where we are with the Haslams. If you want to take Haslam money then the program will continue to be a wrecked mess.

Agreed.

And they need to do it TODAY!

Well, the AV's and other boosters are working hard behind the scenes to make it happen. All the while Currie is working the phones hard to quickly get a coach into place. The next few days will be very telling on the future of UT football.
