Not sure if this is us going after Gruden or Currie going after Schiano...

If Gruden was offered and was on the table it better dadgum well come out. The truth needs to be told one way or the other. The fan base deserves to know and the questions better dang well be asked to all parties involved.

You very much overestimate the give a **** that this administration has for the fan base. It's very clear that they don't give the first **** about what you want or think and that is the Governor all the way down.

I'm so sick of seeing people blame gruden. Gruden didn't leave us at the alter. Gruden never wanted the job and he doesn't have to justify that to anyone. Your not his family or is agent. I fully believe we tried to get him, as everyone, including our incompetent AD knows he would be a hero if he could get it done. However, gruden obviously doesn't want to coach. It's no surprise. The people in these silly threads left themselves at the alter by believing in their heart this was happening. This all with no true evidence and people being verified by bartenders and fish gifs. Just because it fit someone's agenda, if gruden was in town, he wanted to be our coach. Gruden has been our santa clause since 2012. Rudolph isn't coming guys, so believe that and let's not fight it like a bunch of kids who just got told Santas not real.

We pulled together and had an amazing showing last night. Now let's focus our energy towards a coach we have a shot at, and someone that can begin to pull us out of this mess. Have a great day.

How do you know what Gruden wants

Have to wonder why they continue to hammer that message home? If that is the case then Peyton owes this fanbase an apology.

But I think the main reason they keep saying this is to cover up for someone else. Namely, the Haslams.

It is time for a state investigation into the vetting and hiring practices at UT. I am sure that there is a lot that we can learn.

You realize Tennessee's governor is named Haslam, right?

Hyams Tweet 13m Ago?? :blink::blink:

Jimmy Hyams‏ @JimmyHyams 13m
"I'll be speaking at the Knoxville QB Club today at Calhoun's on the River at about 12:15 to 1 pm, pinch hitting for Tennessee athletic director John Currie. Probably won't speak but about 5 minutes since nothing is going on. Boring times at Rocky Top."

.

Why the silence from UT now? They better make it good and get some things right or you can keep you big house to yourself. The fanbase deserves answers.

Thought you were out, Missy.

Glad you're not.

Who pissed in your cheerios?

Who was the one "insider" that said that we will see the University look like they hired someone before all this is said and done? I am not falling back into this Gruden thing, but I do remember that being said by someone.

To be honest, I'm not making a push here to make it seem like theres still a chance, it just doesn't make sense.

Even if he's the attention whore he's accused of being, when is enough?

Could he not easily put this side of it to bed?
Seems he could so why not? I'm putting that question in the "need more input" column.

There's obviously more going on behind the scenes than 99% of us are aware of. I'm holding out hope than his silence is based on something more than his own best interest.

I may be wrong.

Wait is this the part where Currie comes in last second and looks like the hero part? Isn't that what the "insiders" said?

Silence from Gruden is part of the problem. Just come out and say no I’m not interested. I’m Tee Martin or bust at this point.

Ditto!!! Save this situation by bringing in a TN Guy. I like Cut but he's too old to clean up this messs. I'm old too so I can say that. Tee has great relationship's with the high schools in Bama and would work his tail off to make TN great again. Hire Tee now.

Jimmy Hyams pinch hitting for Currie at Knoxville QB Club tells you everything you need to know about his relationship and reporting with UTAD.

Because I have common sense and actions speak. What he wants I do not know, but what he doesn't want is what I know. He obviously wants no part of coaching right now, or he'd of been here in 2012, or he'd of been announced for us already this year. If you still can't come to terms with that, you need to see someone who can help with reality if there is such a thing. If not I can start a reality therapy firm. 5000$ an hour will be my starting rate. Please PM if interested. I will include bottled drinks and animal crackers.
