I was told that he met with him -- and I said JDC but ok.

And he has been penciled in as the new lb coach or is in contention for it. I believe both were in town although have been actively tracking neither.

I was not seeking information when the conversation came up although i offered my opinion and was met with the information that I posted.

I think there's one thing we can all agree on. Our next football coach is whoever is in the leaked Calhoun's and Skybox photo (why the hell are there TWO mysterious photos of this guy floating around?).

And that guy looks very very strikingly like Jon Gruden. I have also put Casey Clausen's name out there. But who the **** is this guy? It's killing me. Why are there two mysterious photo of the back of his head? I am dying to know who the guy is. Whoever he is, he looks like he means business when it comes to football coaching.

I find it hard to believe they'd use a guy a lot of us aren't familiar with to instigate a leak regarding an announcement. Now, if more people start piling on, I'll buy it.

That's nonsense. These guys make their paychecks by revealing information and it's a feeding frenzy to get the news out there before anyone else. Nobody in the news business is going to risk their livelihood by sitting on information.

This isn’t true. One of my uncles is the best known weatherman in Memphis and he has told me several times of stories they held in exchange for an exclusive or some other trade of value. No one burns their source if they wanna keep that source.

So...this guy reporting that there will be an announcement tomorrow of our new head coach...if this is true, and I am inclined to believe it might be, surely that means other leaks will be coming out tonight, right?

I mean, I find it hard to believe Currie has his man, there is a signed contract, and there is a presser tomorrow, and NO ONE still knows who this mysterious coach is less than 24 hours before an official announcement.
