Not looking for any E cred if that is such a thing. Just stating that I have 0 faith in our admin and I don’t believe for 1 minute UT is going to pay out the 8-10 mil a year it would take to get it done. As said I hope I’m wrong but I’m a realist.

I’ve seen many of you guys give much “E cred” to many guys on this forum who produce no good reason to do so. Maybe it will happen and those guys look like heroes. But given the fact that it’s a 50/50 shot a few people will be right whether they have “e cred” or not.

I hope your very right but it takes more than a GIF of a cat playing with a orange fish to make me a believer...

It doesn't take 8-10 to get it done. 6 will attract a good coach. The amount of coaches I'd be okay dropping 10 mil on is incredibly limited. We can get petersen for significantly less.

Either way, you get my point. Spurrier had barbs and quips, and the resume to go with them. At this point Kiffin has the former, and a resume of bad dreams and broken promises.

I could start my first post off with the same first few sentences, but you quickly took a wrong turn after that. I have lurked for this and the past two coaching searches. I was all in for Gruden in 2012, and I am all in again.

If you truly have been lurking as I have, you would know that the 'Why would Gruden leave his cushy NFL job to coach college football?' question is brought up at least once or twice in each of the past 41 Gruden threads, and it has been answered at least 5 or 6 times every time it is brought up. If you don't believe Gruden is coming, there are plenty of other threads to post in, why post in the Gruden thread?
