I have posted before about my connections at UTC and I can say I am still hearing some rumblings about Blackburn. He is still has a lot of friends in administration and I interact with them daily. I have heard he has been contacted about a role and David would accept (He still hasn't landed a Job since leaving UTC) if offered.

I have said this before, but since I saw that list someone just posted on Twitter thought I would say that lines up for at least Blackburn.

hey josh, what happened to you being all in on chip Kelly?

I still would have took Chip Kelly if he wanted to come here.

I’ve posted my list numerous times on whom I’d love to have as our next HC:

Gruden
Kelly
Patterson
Petersen
Fuente
Frost

Think of the timeline when Currie would have flown to Washington... would have had to be either Monday or Tuesday morning, because of him being in the Bahamas. Now remember where Washington State is ... now remember who was there Monday night....

Seattle is at the coast. Wazzu is in Pullman, literally a 15 minute drive over the Idaho border.

It won’t happen in this thread. With all the leaks that are about to come out, I feel like 42 won’t last long... 43 is the one.

Is it me or has a majority of this fan base just fallen into the trap of mediocrity because of what the last 10 years has brought? I keep seeing, hearing or reading threads on this very board by people who throw out things like no chance of getting x or y coach and it's not even Gruden's name in the x or y.

Why have so many fallen into this? It makes me sad. It's like they don't understand or even remember what it's like for Tennessee to be elite. Those of you here in the Gruden thread demonstrate the Last Hope. You guys are like the band of rebels taking on the mighty Death Star. It's just hard for me to see. So many willing to accept nothingness.

There are 95 counties in Tennessee. I wonder if we could cover them all with VN members...
