I've already said it and its just my opinion.

Look at the interest and excitement of all of this. Jon fuggin Gruden to the University of Tennessee. Its gonna rock the sports world.

And they'd announce it while he's in Baltimore? When they could wait one. More. Day.?

I just don't see it.

I haven’t seen or heard anything. Find it hard to believe none of them are saying anything publicly. No supporting comments for Currie. No general uplifting comments. No nothing.

The only thing I have seen in the media, that came from anybody that would be considered in the know, was Hargis' story from Blackburn. That supported the Gruden theory, so Hyams and company shot it down as irresponsible reporting. Then Hargis went dark, like he was shutdown by someone.

Unless it’s a leak and then he does a farewell in MNF maybe? I know many have said there’s no way ESPN/NFL allow college to upstage MNF but this would be totally different. Would be huge ratings.

Kyvf, I remember that, and agree. Most solid info i've seen as well. Hyams is a traitor imo.

He's also always had a "opt out" clause in all of his contracts as well (for a coaching gig). If you're high in demand for things you make your contract.

I “reported” yesterday that Brice told my brother the coach would be announced on the 29th. He asked him if that was him guessing or he was told. Haven’t heard back.

agreed, and the MNF / TNF stuff is gonna get redone as well, because the NFL needs to reshuffle the deck, and ESPN will probably not be the player they were, jmo of course
