With that being said, I do believe it's done!

Can someone with a better memory than me provide a summary of "insiders" or people with "connections" who have said "100% done", who have said "likely", who have said "unlikely" and who have said "no way"? I think the likely to 100% are much greater in number vs. unlikely to zero.

He doesn't have a guaranteed contract.

Meaning. The money is set -- but it's basically a year to year deal.
