Real question: after hiring from LA Tech and Cinci, folks think UT will hire a dude making 7+ million that works 60 days a year to work in a pressure cooker for the same money at 364 days a year?

Jon Gruden thinks about, plans for, and works on football stuff basically every day. Not just in preps for MNF. He eats, lives, and sleeps football. So it's not 60 days a year.

And if he's going from $ 7 million a year to $ 10 million a year at a place where he will be revered, yeah it's happening.
