I am thankful for the health of my family and that I get to spend the day with my aging parents in their home. I will eat too much and no leatherneck is going to stop me unless you want to come stand the wall between my plate and the food.

Soon.

Getting to spend time with aging parents is definitely something to be thankful for. With each holiday season I reflect more and more on what that would be like. Have a great time!

Lucky. I'm still at work. I won't be doing much today. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! :hi:

Well, I promise to eat a plate for you. Last year, I literally got off work and came straight home to get turkey ready, then slept a couple hours before having to get up.

I work off Thanksgiving morning every year, so I usually take a nap for a couple hours then go to the in-laws house and eat, but my wife and them are traveling to some family's house today and I didn't feel like making the trip. I'm gonna spend some time with my dad this afternoon and probably eat mcdonalds. lol I'll be going to straight day shifts next year though, so I'll start getting holidays off.

Off to work for a few hours. Ready for this coaching search to come to a close. Just want to be thankful for Vol Nation and the passion and fun yall bring to being a Volunteer. If your traveling today be safe. Hold your loved ones close and your chuckey dolls closer. But seriously God bless everyone. Hope ya'll have a Happy Thanksgiving, enjoy your time with family, and of course.......

Morning! Happy Thanksgiving Volunteers!

Time to make the rice dressing and hoppin john. Thankful my momma taught me how to cook. Comes in handy. A lot

Ahh yes. Me too. Schlafly Coffee Stout is one of my favs.

Old Rasputin coffee stout is good as well as Gotta Get Up to Get Down. Bought some Guinness Draught Stout last night to try. Have not cracked one yet. I have very much moved towards the darker side in the past year. Such strong favors. Terrapin makes one as well that's good but can't remember the name.

Here’s to hopin that our John (Currie) has hopped a plane back from Bermuda. After a little turkey, he needs to start on getting TBA ready for Tuesday’s introductory announcement of new Coach Jon Gruden.

And, please, Mr.Currie, make sure somebody else decorates Thompson Boling Arena instead of whoever did it for yours and Bev’s.
Those looked like funerals.
Jon Gruden deserves all kinds of orange carpets, balloons, cheerleaders, and the POTSB there when we celebrate!
