Just talked to a friend who is in the state legislature. He has a friend in the AD who told him Butch is definitely out after Alabama. The AD is negotiating with only Gruden but there are two issues standing in our way right now. Money is not one of the issues. Not really new info but good to hear confirmation from another source.

He's got the energy of Pete Carroll, is good at developing QBs, has charisma, has some UT ties, is a household name, is likeable, is a good motivator, good at Xs and Os, great football knowledge, great connections in the coaching world, but other than that not a reason in hell.

This was my son's first Tennessee game. He was 8 and we had two Elvis impersonators behind us in temp bleachers in end zone. Also saw someone stabbed at concession stand Ahhh Legion Field..Those were the days.
