And Hyams is still reporting from 2012, so point is moot.

I still remember listening to him when he was a guest on a sports talk show here in Memphis in 2006 when he said he didn't think we would any receivers stand out in the upcoming season.

Arguably the best trio of wrs Tenn has had in the past 10 years.

Well, well, well, Hymans is reporting Jones will be the coach at least through the Kentucky game. If true and we will know by COB Sunday, which means a lot of trolls will be exposed on this thread ... It will be hilarious how they will be doing the ole "I never really said that" backtrack. On the other hand, if the posters who claim to be "in the know" are correct, we will ALL know if they are or not by COB Sunday. A lot of questions will be answered within 72 hours. Is DTO and the rest of the "gang" really "in the know"? lol

My guess is, and I could be wrong, is that every person who stated they were "in the know" on this thread about Jones being fired on Sunday are playing a lot of people ... we will see shortly ...

Nobody is truly "in the know" but Currie and Gruden. Chill, and take the rest of it with a grain of salt.

Incredible how you discount the news given from one of the only reliable sources of information for some dudes on a message board with lots of e-cred.
Incredible that I couldn't care less about e-cred, and my post never discounted anyone's info. But let me apologize for insulting your man crush who's nuts you obviously swing from....btw

Well let me split this up. You claiming to be Travis Hamilton isn't trolling. You may well be, I don't know or care. My comments about your identity were directed to folks who were assuming your identity simply because you came on the board and typed that name. I'm Charlotte McKinney and I approve this message. :)

My previous comments about your very specific salary claims are another matter. Those posts speak for themselves. Have a Grude day!

I didn't assume anything. A few simple searches proved that he was as stated.

I blame this thread for everything that went wrong at work this week, it's like an alternate reality in here, then you go outside to the rest of the forum and the coaching candidates are A.C. Slater and Bud Kilmer...

Oh, man! AC is interested in the job?

Make it happen, Currie.

Ok. Story time: for entertainment purposes only....
My father in law is on the Board at Notre Dame.
Back when they were looking for a new coach, we were all on vacation together. My brother in law and myself spent the entire week trying to get him to tell us who their guy was. Our truth serum was golf, wine and scotch. We tried hard. He would not come off the info, no matter what.... we asked him why he wouldn’t tell us. “TRUST”. He said when these things happen only like 5 people know the details. Didn’t want to jeopardize that trust..I forgot what night it was and we were sitting around watching sports on ESPN.
He gets a call. Says, “ok, ummm, let’s do it”, hangs up, smiles, looks at us and goes, “Brian Kelly”. Not a minute later the ticker rolls: “ND hires BK as its coach”.
Point being: only a handful know what’s going on and they are not talking....if they are smart!

We are also members of The Honors and Crooked Stick.
Also, Good friends with the Mannings. Fyi, Pmoney does not want to coach. GM/Owner NFL is the goal.

He also told me when we hired BJ..”Butch Sucks, road Kelly’s coat tails. He will get exposed in the SEC.”

Don't know this poster, but this sounds like what I expect

I think there is more to AH tweet, itvwas a forgone conclusion that butch was gonna be gone everybody knew that since the GA game....then Leonard little comes in tweets something then deletes it. We warned a lot of misinformation was gonna be spewed out until cbj is gone. So hopefully DTO is saying what he's supposed to and not what he actually knows

Please be clear that I don't know anything. I have a theory. And earlier I had a theory about knuckleheads identity and it was correct. Based on those things my meter is at 90%. Nothing more.

I'm wondering if I might have this figured out, too, but I don't want to be laughed out of here by asking straight out. Can you private msg on VN?

What do you have on Gruden... will he coach is College?

Good morning everyone, Sara, 5Finger. Glad to see your OCD tendency didn't disappear overnight. I have some fresh thoughts...

About MIT...he said that he registers his cars in Hamilton cty because it is cheaper. While this is true, you also must have annual emissions testing done which means he would have to get his many cars back to chattanooga each year. So no. Also, guys that have memberships at The Honors don't have electric blue old model 300 series BMWs. I'm not saying his info isn't real, I'm saying his back story isn't. If I were giving up real info, mine wouldn't be either.

Moving on, I think Orlando vol is bringing us excellent info that lines up with the theory I've been formulating. Thanks!

Last, yes, Haynesworth's post was a bomb shell. My brother is friends with him, texted him about it and received no response. I think this says much more about the extent of that friendship than anything else. Haha. I think the REAL bombshell is Cam Burton's tweet that we caught our white whale. There is only one person that could be. And the misdirection started immediately after those tweets.

I'll be here sleuthing all day.

And since MIT is presently in Vegas, he would either have had to have driven there or already had a pic of his plate. Or I guess could have had a friend take it but seems strange. And what does a bmw with MIT frame prove anyway?
Still hope his posts are accurate though.

So, my theory is that after the Alabama game last year, things started moving in this direction. Everyone with any critical thinking skills knew that we were going to need a new coach, and that an up and comer wasn't going to cut it. Cue Currie in February. Peyton does the leg work to patch things up between Currie and Fulmer. Cue Fulmer in June. I believe that this has been going on for months. I think that Gruden (or his agent) could see the writing on ESPN's wall, and they knew an exit strategy was needed. The pieces I heard that solidified this part for me was the part about the Gruden family's house search starting before the Florida game. Also, the fact that any immediate member of the family is even alluding to the possibility in public tells me that his part of the deal is done. These folks aren't new to the world of being in the public eye. Their son wouldn't be talking if he wasn't supposed to. He grew up with a very famous dad, he knows how to do things, and he doesn't need the attention. That brings me to the most fascinating piece of this whole thing which is the fact that the son is an AGR. He could have picked any fraternity, and he picks AGR. This tells me SO MUCH about that family. I think this tidbit is way undervalued I digress...

I think that Orlando Vol brought the goods last night. He confirmed that puzzle piece for me. I also think that Currie or his office intentionally sent trolls to muddy the waters. Trolls with many different stories, many of which hold a nugget of truth. Some may not even know they are trolling us (or trying to).

This theory is about human nature, and the way big business is done. It is not about Butch Jones losing football games he shouldn't. He has wanted out since last year. His family has wanted out. I think Currie wanted to wait until the end of the season. Maybe he will and maybe he won't. I've thought that Fulmer as interim was absurd. However, if it is Fulmer there is absolutely no way that the ink isn't dry on Gruden.

Again, only a theory based on obsessiveness.

This I believe. Father in Law's behavior depicted is that of a player
