In reference to the Facebook post, I mentioned before South Carolina that if you see anyone posting salary numbers for a Gruden deal before Butch is fired, that's most certainly false.

He has explicitly said he has no interest in coaching college. Said he's preparing himself for a move to the NFL. Now that could've changed in the past 6 months, but I doubt it. I want to believe as much as anyone.

If Gruden did say no, that doesn't mean much. Saban said no 50 times. If they're serious about him, they'll continue to pursue. Also, I wouldn't doubt that they are putting out some disinformation to squash the rumors. Maybe he said no, maybe he continues to say no. I continue to hold out hope.
