If all this ends up being true. They sure do disrespect the fan base by letting us get our hopes up for months and let us look stupid for weeks, only to become more of a laughing stock.

If you don't respect the fan base, do you really expect them to pay $$$$ to see a sub part product?

You really believe that. This was their way of saying eff you. I don't believe this was boosters and Hart. I believe this whole day was Lamonte and UT as a whole. IMO.

Agree 100%. My point was he would be like the second coming of Lane Kiffin, personality-wise. Franklin has had some early success in his career, no doubt but I cannot get behind this hire based on his mouth.

I never said you said those exact words but are you really going to try to say you never said or at least implied Gruden was a done deal??? At least at one end of your spectrum of flip flopping?

Everyone on this site is holding on to every word that is said by any ut official or report. This is not some conspiricy theory who is using smoke screens or false reports to divert the attention elsewhere. What really bothers me, if indeed Gruden was not already a done deal before now, why in the hell has Hart wasted 10 days to do any traveling to interview? I mean we are behind the power curve here. We got Auburn and Ark. to beat for the same prospects. If we whiff on Gruden and either of them get Patterson, then I'm going to be all aboard the FIRE HART train.
