I wonder if Hart even knows of ALL the Gruden talk? Does he listen to the radio? Has any press members been able to ask him any questions? I am sure he knows some but he does he really know what a **** storm it truly is?

The Times Free Press story is the most legitimate piece o news I've heard so far, but with that said, it's a newspaper, which means their information is behind the curve because the situation is moving quickly.

Don't forget GBOV, this is all part of the plan! Hart is going to look like the hero in the end. Just like he wants. That article says Gruden wants more $ for his STAFF not him. So he doesn't look like a greedy jerk, he looks like a guy who wants the job but just wants to take care of his assistants. And when it's done Hart will look like a hero for making it happen. And all of VN will rejoice! Book it :rock:

This is true, but the media has contradicted themselves repeatedly (no meeting-->meeting cancelled, no contract offer-->Gruden turns down offer) whether their info is outdated or not doesn't matter, they are either lying or can't remember what they said previously.

BTW -- Some Hog fans are convinced that Cindy Gruden is a direct source and told HII that they're coming to Arkansas.

first post here, but had to get this out. Travis from SMKW that Ainge was talking to is not the owner. He is the President and friends with the owner. I have had business dealings with him over the past four years and I will tell you he is the most arrogant person I have ever met. He blows alot of smoke and you can't trust a word he says so take it with a grain of salt. He is looking to boost his business and get attention for himself. Period. Go Vols, Gruden 2012!

I don't care what Gruden says either. The only thing that is going to stop me from believing is a very clear press release from UT or another coach being hired.

If Hyams is claiming Gruden said "no thanks" after phone calls last week....then I'm going to need Hyams to explain to me why the F there was even a meeting scheduled for Wednesday that had to be cancelled.
