I get why he would be somewhat upset if that's the case, but I think we all can admit that Gruden is the guy.

Eventually, people will get over all of it.

I know I know just throwing this out there...but maybe Hart was in Oklahoma today to inform Gundy they decided to go a different direction. Hart doesn't want to burn any bridges if he had spoken to Gundy before and interest was there.

So he hopped on a jet and burned a few grand in fuel to tell him? I don't buy that. Contingency plan IMO.

If its true gruden wanted complete control over compliance without AD supervision then that's a start. If Haslam made him conceded that control them he could have taken his ball and went home. In that happened I don't blame him

I can't believe that would happen...

but I'd be pissed if I was Hart to, especially with Gruden's inexperience at the NCAA level.

That would concern me.

I don't know but Travis is right that something weird is going on. The apparent booster leaks have been keeping this story alive, while the AD leaks have been quashing it.

An abnormal number of conflicting rumors have been circulated, even for a coaching search.
