The guy has been in football all his life. At one point, he was in the college game.

The concept of recruiting is not new to him. He can easily hire whoever he wants to be a personal recruiting rules assistant if he wishes. This guy looks for the best QB's coming out of college and works with them 1 on 1 to help ready them for the NFL. I have a hard time believing that developing player in college because of scouting and recruiting scares him.

Sorry guys. That doesnt pass the common sense or $$ test. Gruden announcement the day prior ups the ante for all sponsors related to the SEC and UT when the whole country is watching.

Thanks…but I wouldn't say I have otherworldly sources. Just happened into some things with this one. Have some good pals that let me in on it early.

The hilarious part is the garbage we've been hearing in the office from the UTAD…no offense to them bc it's not their fault and certainly is not personal -- they are good guys -- but they have had NO idea what is going on.

If it was Gruden it wouldn't be announced until after MNF next week. He's doing MNF this week and wouldn't want to take away from that.

Well as much as anyone else I want Gruden really bad because that will definitely help our program with some top notch commits. Also, I am pretty sure that if Gruden comes to UT then JH,CP, and TB will probably stick around another year hopefully.

But truth is I honestly dont think that Gruden is going to come to UT.

Who are you hearing this from? I know a lady whose husband knows Gruden and she says he's not coming. I'm down to 50% on this. It ain't looking good.
