This was posted in the cliff notes. My stepmother is the golf pro at Gettysvue and knows what's going on in that neighborhood. I've heard nothing that would lead me to believe this was true.

Might not know until hours before they would be needed

Command Staff usually discuss proper actions before orders are sent down and then to specific people

Not unusual for one to not know what the other is doing

Not saying he's lying, but that he might not know yet

I honestly thought it was odd that he mentioned the SO was involved too. I actually work with a former KPD Captain that I've talked all about all sorts of things regarding UT.

However, if everything we're hearing about the potential candidate is true, they'll likely deal with a HUGE influx of traffic due to national media being there.

This would likely lead to a coordinated effort, IMO...but I could be wrong....but the guy I heard it from is basically a second brother to me, so I trust him.

Who usually handles stuff like this? Is it city or county police, both, or just depends?
