One thing to keep in mind is exactly one week before finals is the last time by NCAA rules coaches can meet with their student athletes. That very easily could be the reason for the meeting tomorrow.

I believe my cousins say they start Dec. 10

It probably would have fallen apart if the media made it public. Hart kept it quiet so he could get the final details worked out.

I believe that finals start Thursday of next week.

Things are crazy right now. Took a few minutes to run to Hibbett's and a friend of mine who has a son going to school at Chapel Hill has texted him and said Fedora has contacted AD to inform him of his intention to resign he is as HC. Supposedly it is to accept a position of HC at another school. IF true there are a number of positions he could accept. I just went to Tar Heel football site and can't find a thing. I'm hoping he was just yanking my chain as Gruden is the only acceptable candidate to me. Anyone heard anything?

As has been posted many times, Hubbs only puts out what the AD's office wants. BTW, he's never said the Gruden deal is over.

That's not completely true. He has to keep the AD and his subscribers happy. He is not going out telling total lies.

I agree cp...little premature to be announcing for the draft anyway IMO. I'll be expecting the best and prepping for the worst

Only reason I can think of for player meeting followed by presser, other than head coach announcement, is if one or more assistants is taking another job.

this hasn't been confirmed either though. The two players I know both say they haven't been told anything about a meeting tomorrow.
