I'm solid my brethren. The OGs told us what was going on, how it was going to happen, and warned us we would hear some crazy stuff before it all it went down. They were right.

Until our new coach is announced, I firmly believe in our insiders. I'm 100% ready to drink my ass off when they announce Jon Gruden as the new coach at the Univeristy of Tennessee.

We WILL get Gruden. I believe it in my heart.

Oh man... Honestly I would have to say John. The fact he has consistently put a good product on the field and still 5/6 years later(leaving tenn) he always comes up as one of the best in the game.

With his will to provide the best and provide his all for "us" makes the difference.

Below is what I posted last Thursday.



Everybody needs to calm down. Some truth and non truths in things here. I get loads of good news and equal amounts of bad news. I am going with those I know and trust. No matter what happens we have to get behind the next coach all the way. I have no direct control over anything else. Agents are brutal but what makes people think Jon may not have clauses in his agent contracts for certain jobs. Cindy may end up being the ace for TN. This thread is about to go full meltdown so I am bailing out for a few days. You guys enjoy. For the record Jon will be our coach and if it blows up then I will just have to dal with it.

Stay strong. More ups and downs to come before the ride stops.

Am I the only one that thought it almost sounded like M&M were poking at JG? Almost like they were making fun of him and the situation..


Again it could have been the way I took it as I see though orange colored glasses...:hi:

Drinking a trusty bud light at the bar watching NFL network.... How sad is it that I'm still checking up on here for gruden updates/rumors?! Oh well!

I work with a UT students dad and his son tutors some of the football players. I ask him today what he has heard all he said is that the player have been told to expect an announcement this week or next week. Hope this true whoever the coach is, cause I don't believe I can take much more of this. GO VOLS GET GRUDEN!!!!
