Petrino to Auburn? If there's one thing a coach with questionable integrity wants to do, it's go to work for a school with no integrity at all and a building on campus designated to annually host NCAA officials.

Made for each other imo, integrity lost on both.

Also heard that Hunter/Patterson are waiting to see who the next coach is before they decide.

I went back and read It as well. I think we all assumed that but it doesn't specify that exactly. We all hope that it is for Gruden but if not It may have been more about the reserves fund.

Yeah i could be wrong but i think they recieved money for dooleys buyout and using this to help with hiring a coach. Anybody could say one is for this and one is for the other.

The NCAA isn't knocking on their door. They self-reported violations and took Luper and Trooper off recruits for a little while. That was the end of it.

A Phil hire will NOT unite the fanbase.. But WINS will. Heck a Jon Gruden hire will not unite a fanbase either..

It's all about WINS... You know it and I know it...

Whoever the next coach is, if he WINS, and wins big, we will all support him.

If its gruden it all makes perfect sense with this process going on for months. The 18mil didn't just happen over night and likely took more than months to make happen and I suspect hart played the reserve issue card to make it happen with the powers at be.

I believe Hugh Freeze gets 100k for every SEC win. I think I heard that and his salary can get up to over 2 million with incentives. He has done well and will continue.

I read an article that said NCAA investigators were there this week and talked to one asistant coach. Is that incorrect?
