Deal falling through is being put out there on purpose. Hart gets to step in and save the day. Makes him look like the savior, stepped in and saved the day. Pretty clever on his part if you ask me.

He had to make the Summit decision and the combining the women's side decision. All which makes him look like the bad guy. The big money is making this happen, hart gets a lot of credit, and looks good again.
