Its obvious you dont get info from anyone except from the guy you got hanging from your coin purse. I never claimed to have info but from your comments even common sense has not been a strong suit of yours. Now go away Nancy.

I just base it on my period as a member. Could you give me some wrong opinions made by skeeter the last 10 months. His slate started with me since being a member. Dont care to go way back . One thing he's saying is he does not know who the new coach will be. These other 6 or 7 have echoed done deal with Gruden over and over in 10 threads full of Gruden. They will either be my hero's or labeled unreliable.

I think he's full of it. I believe Gruden is coming.

Hymes has said too that Heart has not done much of anything yet....I find that very hard to believe....he has done nothing then he is not doing his job!!!

So i read on here this morning that its a no go says Basilio. But read a reply of someone quoting that Basilio may think it is done again? Can someone tell me what the consensus is? Seems like is split down the middle with flip flopping from both sides.

What I remember is people saying that the timeline meant that Hart would rather keep Dooley till after UK. Most on here said a disaster against Vandy would make it sooner. Dooley still could have coached against UK if he had wanted. Doesn't that make anyone curious as to why the AD wasn't that anxious to start the hunt?....unless maybe we already had our guy?

Don't know where your getting your info and don't care but it seems we have had different people tell us the same thing. And one thing I know for sure is the person telling me this does know whats going on. They even went as far as to tell me to take it to the boards if you want just don't tell anyone where you heard it. His reasoning was people will believe what they choose to believe. I am just another guy on a message board and you guys have no reason what so ever to put any stock in what I say. Which I could care less about. I am just trying to pass along what I believe to be true.

I think there will be a joint press release where (1) Gruden is announced as the new coach of UT and (2) Dilfer is named as his MNF replacement.

MNF could then go one of two ways for the net telecast:
A. Tirico will spent a few minutes on the Monday night telecast talking to Gruden about the new job. Gruden will say how much he enjoyed working with Tirico and how great Dilfer will be. This will be Gruden's last game.
B. Or, Dilfer will just show up for the next telecast and Gruden won't be there.

Presser to follow later that week in Knoxville.

Agreed, my uncle was the CEO of a major coal company and had a sky box at ut for 3 years and had a $500,000 boat out by the stadium and it was medium of the pack at best.....

He will only say "it's done" but won't explain if that means Yes Gruden or No Gruden. It gives him an out either way but it kinda makes me think he knows something is about to go down.
